I MADE A MISTAKE. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, we will try to accommodate any order change. Please email us at support@teepinch.com. Include your order number, email address and name and let us know what change needs to be made. We will let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the requested change.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We gladly accept cancellation requests, considering the request is within 12 hours of your purchase. Please email us at support@teepinch.com. Include your order number, email address and name and let us know what change(s) need to be made. We will issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for qualifying orders.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

We gladly accept custom orders; simply include instructions upon checkout. We can forward a mock-up upon request after purchase and before printing for any adjustments. Please note, due to the nature of custom orders, we can not accept refunds or exchanges, with the exception of defective items.

I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one of two reasons:

  • Your order was never actually submitted and/or processed.
  • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service team at support@teepinch.com.
